ELUNA 2008 Meeting

The third annual ELUNA meeting was hosted by the California State University Office of the Chancellor in Long Beach, California on July 30 - August 1, 2008 with the conference reception, hosted by Ex Libris on July 29. The ExLibris Technical Seminar preceded the annual meeting on July 28 - July 29. The annual EndUser meeting and the ELUNA meeting merged into one conference with the 2008 meeting - providing a richer learning experience for all Ex Libris customers. The three-day conference included a company update and strategic direction overview, product updates, customer presentations, poster sessions, and meetings of the Product Groups, Special Interest Groups, and Regional Users Groups. With nearly 150 sessions, there was something for everyone!

Future Meetings

2009
Location: Richmond, Virginia
Dates: Sunday, May 3--Thursday, May 7. Ex Libris training sessions will be Sunday and Monday, and the conference will be Tuesday-Thursday.
Venue: Richmond Marriott
Host Institution: The Library of Virginia, with the assistance of other ELUNA member sites in the area

2010

Location: Fort Worth, Texas
Dates: Sunday, May 9--Friday, May 14. Ex Libris training sessions and the technical seminar will be Sunday-Tuesday, and the conference will be Wednesday through Friday.
Venue: Omni Fort Worth and Sheraton Fort Worth
Host Institution: Texas Christian University

More details will follow over time, of course. Please note that we will attempt to schedule ELUNA in late April or in early to mid May from now on. We'll also do our best to keep registration and other costs as low as feasible, though the size of the conference makes that harder than it has been in the past.
